There are many ways to get involved with the local food system here in western Chicagoland!  Here is a comprehensive list of ways to connect with local farmers and eat seasonally.  CSA's (Community Supported Agriculture) supports local, stewards the environment by reducing transportation costs, and promotes eating seasonally.
